So, what has Talon been up to lately? Actually, he has been working very hard at learning to walk. Last weekend, I counted 7 little steps, but it's usually more like 2 to 4 steps at a time. He is still working on his balance, but he is getting very brave.
He has also discovered the word *dada* - much to *dada's* joy!
He also seems to have grown lately (duh). I've noticed we have to raise the blinds much higher now out of his reach, as well as trying to keep certain things pushed back farther on end tables. He sure is a nosy little fart.
He is still chasing Brody, but is beginning to *pat* him more than grab at him, except he still seems fascinated with poking Brody's eyes. He's smart enough now, however, that when his little finger starts heading to Brody's eye and he hears mommy or daddy say his name, he turns knowing he's doing something he's not supposed to.
